Gotye plans to release a 10-track album full of remixes of his massively successful single ‘Somebody That I Used To Know,’ which has a whopping 235 million YouTube hits. The song now is the longest running #1 hit on Billboard’s Top 100 chart. Artists like Tiësto, Gang of Colours, M-Phazes, Faux Pas, Sneaker Fox, 4Frnt, Miami Knights 1984, and Dan Aux lend their own versions of the song for the remix album, which is expected to hit iTunes this June.

Many only know Gotye for his popular track, but he is releasing his ‘cult’ album Like Drawing Blood on CD and vinyl for the first time in the U.S. via Fairfax/Universal Republic Records in July, according to ArtistDirect. The album made a big splash in Australia back in 2006, going platinum in his native country without ever being a Top 40 hit.

Gotye will be going on a North American tour starting in Denver, Colorado on August 22 and going through to October 13 in Austin, Texas. Alongside Gotye will be special guests Missy Higgins, Chairlift, Givers, and opener Zammuto. Full tour dates can be found on Gotye’s website.

Some have taken it upon themselves to remix Gotye on their own accord. Walk off the Earth’s cover garnered over 114 million hits on YouTube already, just short of half of the original’s tally. Check it out below:
